10: OF TITIAN
The focus of this shoot was Haley's beautiful red hair and flawless skin.
The title is based off of an Italian painter, Tiziano Vecellio (c. 1488 - 1576), who experimented with vivid colors. "Titian," when associated with hair color, is a bright golden auburn hue, in which Vecellio portrayed in many of his works and portraits.

9: ALMOST DONE!
Finally nearing the end of my exhibition process, today I mounted my 16x20" luster prints onto white foam board adhesive. The prints were slightly larger than the board so I had to use an X-acto knife to trim the edges. Of course, there was trial and error at the beginning, so unfortunately the first two prints either have air bubbles or are slightly crooked. Not too noticeable, though. ;)
It ain't easy, I'll tell ya that much!
8: TWO IN A ROW
So I've been frantically trying to finish up my portfolio for my Portfolio Refinement class. We must have two portfolio's for the Bachelor's program, and my two subjects are beauty and fashion. Unfortunately, I don't have very much beauty in my book, so last night I scheduled two shoots in a row! Here's a preview from my Instagram, can't wait to post the finals.

7: IN PROGRESS OF "I'M WITH THE BAND"
Good and productive day! Can't wait to show you guys what I've got next! - Aug. 25, 2013 @ 4:29 am. |
Fashion stylist, Michelle Washington, visited me in good ol' Dallas, Texas to shoot with me! The theme was "I'm With The Band." With the use of band equipment for props and an edgy, punk rock style we created a fun fashion story for Fall 2013.
More photos soon!

5: LAST SHOOT
I've been struggling with the plot of my story, but I'm finally putting all the pieces together. Last Thursday, the people at Sammons Center for the Arts were so gracious as to let Meagan and I photograph in one of their rooms that had a beautiful grand piano. Below is the prop we got to use!
Afterwards, Meagan and I went out for a drink to celebrate the last photo shoot of the series!
